Child Care Subsidy
The Child Care Subsidy program is designed to help families pay for the childcare services they need.
The subsidy program is for Vermont parents who meet income guidelines and have a need for care. It helps offset the cost of care, but does not pay a provider's rate in full.
Families can apply for subsidized child care to cover time needed for seeking employment, employment, self employment, training or education and certain health needs.
Eligibility for child care subsidy is based on gross monthly income and family size.
